We are currently seeking SEN Support Assistants to join our team, with both full-time and part-time roles available. Whether you're experienced or looking to build a career in special education, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role:

  • Provide tailored support to students with PMLD in a classroom setting

  • Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning and care

  • Assist with personal care, feeding, and mobility needs where required

  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all learners

  • Build meaningful relationships with pupils and support their emotional and social development

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or adults with SEN/PMLD (preferred but not essential)

  • Compassionate, patient, and resilient nature

  • Comfortable with personal care duties

  • A proactive and flexible team player

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
