SEN Teacher

Location: Westminster
Salary: £150 to £220 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

Are you a passionate and committed SEN Teacher looking to make a difference in a vibrant and inclusive school in Westminster? GSL Education is recruiting for an exceptional teacher who thrives in nurturing and empowering children with special educational needs.

• Deliver differentiated lessons that cater to the varying needs of pupils with SEN.

• Support students with a range of learning difficulties including ASD, SEMH, and PMLD.

• Manage behaviour positively and effectively, promoting engagement and achievement.

• Liaise with parents and carers to support learning and development.

• Work closely with the SENCO and support staff to ensure individual learning plans are met.

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential.

• Proven experience teaching in a special school or SEN environment.

• Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students and colleagues.

• Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding and SEN teaching practices.
