We are seeking a SEN Teacher with QTS to join a fantastic special educational needs (SEN) school in Lewisham. The school caters to primary studentswith diverse learning needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEN teacher or a mainstream teacher looking to transition into SEN education.

• Deliver tailored, engaging lessons for students with special educational needs (SEN).
• Support students with a variety of additional needs, including ASD, SEMH, speech & language difficulties, and behavioural challenges.
• Work alongside SENCOs, therapists, and support staff to implement personalised learning plans.
• Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies to support students learning and wellbeing.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Essential
• Experience in SEN education or a strong interest in transitioning into SEN teaching.
• Knowledge of EHCPs (Education, Health & Care Plans) and adaptive teaching strategies.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills.
• A compassionate, patient, and dedicated approach to teaching.
