SANZA Teaching Agency is working in partnership with a warm and inclusive primary school in Tower Hamlets to recruit a committed and experienced SEND Teacher for the 2025/2026 academic year. This is a full-time role teaching a small, well-supported class of pupils with diverse learning needs.

The Role

You will lead a mixed-age SEND class of 10 pupils, ranging from Reception to Year 6, all with a variety of needs. The class is supported by 4 experienced Teaching Assistants, and the teaching space is well-resourced and designed to meet pupils' individual needs.

You'll plan and deliver a personalised, engaging curriculum that promotes progress, independence, and inclusion.

Who We're Looking For

? A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience in SEND

? Confident working with pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, SEMH, and communication difficulties

? Skilled in adapting teaching for individual learners

? Calm, compassionate, and highly organised

? Experience in EYFS or primary SEND settings is a strong advantage
