Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the needs of secondary-aged students.
Manage behaviour positively and consistently using appropriate SEN strategies.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and therapists to support learning outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to EHCP reviews.
