Freelance Senior QS required ASAP for Contractor on 15m London Luxury Hotel Fit Out
* Outside Scope of IR35 / Limited Company working *
I have an immediate requirement for one of my clients, an International Contractor on one of London's most prestigious Hotels, where they're doing a c.15m Fit Out of hospitality areas, lounges, suites and back of house kitchens etc.
The role will primarily involve pricing and dealing with Variations / Change Control, liasing both upstream and downstream with principal contractor / client and subcontractors. There's also the opportunity to get involved in Delay Claims etc.
The successful candidate will need to have worked for Contractors on high-end Fit Out projects, ideally within the Hotels or Hospitality sectors; have strong Commercial / Contractual acumen and be able to spot opportunities and make money on Variations/Change.
Initially this contract is for 3 months, with the potential for longer-term freelance or temp-to-perm as required.
