The Role As Salaried Partner in the Wills, Estates, and Wealth Management department, you will:
- Lead a sophisticated caseload while maintaining the firm's commitment to quality service and sustainable work-life balance
- Provide mentorship and professional development to junior team members
- Spearhead business development initiatives and contribute to the firm's marketing strategy
- Help shape the strategic direction of this growing, highly-regarded private client practice
- Senior solicitor from a respected Regional, Legal 500, or National firm
- Minimum 5 years PQE in Private Client law
- Comprehensive technical expertise across wills, trusts, estate administration, tax planning, and wealth protection
- Demonstrated ability to develop business and expand client relationships
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring junior lawyers
- Exceptional client service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Competitive compensation package up to 85,000 plus performance bonus
