Speech & Language Therapist

Are you an experienced Speech & Language Therapist passionate about helping young people reach their full potential? Equation Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an employer seeking a talented professional to join their dedicated multidisciplinary therapy team.

Based in South Kensington and working term-time only, this role offers the chance to deliver impactful therapy to students with specific learning difficulties including ASC and dyslexia. With a salary of £36,000 - £46,000, you'll benefit from professional autonomy, small caseloads, and a supportive environment focused on collaborative practice and career development.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and implementing therapy plans
  • Delivering individual, group, and classroom-based interventions
  • Collaborating with families, educators, and other therapists
  • Participating in CPD, training, and team discussions

To be considered, you must have:

  • A degree in Speech and Language Therapy
  • HCPC registration and RCSLT membership
  • At least 2 years' post-qualification experience
  • Experience supporting students with ASC, dyslexia, or related needs
