Are you a compassionate and driven Speech and Language Therapist looking to make a real impact? Join a dedicated team and support primary-aged children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as they develop essential communication skills.

Your Role:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication needs.
Create and deliver tailored therapy plans for individual students.
Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to support communication development.
Provide staff training and practical advice to support student progress.
Monitor and adjust therapy plans in response to students' evolving needs.
Maintain accurate records in line with school policies.

Ideal candidate:

Degree-qualified Speech and Language Therapist.
HCPC registered and RCSLT member.
Experience with primary-aged children, ideally in an SEN setting.
Knowledge of a broad range of speech and language difficulties.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Empathetic, patient, and adaptable.
Creative in designing engaging, child-friendly therapy sessions.
