Are you a compassionate and driven Speech and Language Therapist looking to make a real impact? Join a dedicated team and support primary-aged children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as they develop essential communication skills.

Your Role:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Create and deliver tailored therapy plans for individual students.
  • Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to support communication development.
  • Provide staff training and practical advice to support student progress.
  • Monitor and adjust therapy plans in response to students' evolving needs.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with school policies.

Ideal candidate:

  • Degree-qualified Speech and Language Therapist.
  • HCPC registered and RCSLT member.
  • Experience with primary-aged children, ideally in an SEN setting.
  • Knowledge of a broad range of speech and language difficulties.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Empathetic, patient, and adaptable.
  • Creative in designing engaging, child-friendly therapy sessions.
