We're partnering with a fast-growing, global property management company on the search for a Procurement Transformation Consultant. This is a hybrid role, based in London, offering the opportunity to work at the heart of a high-performing, innovative business during a pivotal growth phase.
The Role:
As a Procurement Transformation Consultant, you will play a strategic, high-impact role in shaping and evolving the procurement offering. Reporting directly to the C-suite, you'll lead the design and delivery of a modern, value-driven procurement service model that supports the company's ambitious global objectives.
This is more than advisory, you'll be rolling up your sleeves, bringing structure, strategy, and scalability to procurement services that's ready for the next level.
The programme is aimed at enhancing our client's procurement processes by streamlining supplier relationships across multiple operating companies and embedding best-in-class practices.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement procurement policies, processes, and systems for scalability.
- Champion innovative and creative procurement solutions that not only drive efficiency but also generate demand for procurement's services across the business through demonstrated value and strategic partnership
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across departments and regions.
- Embed best-in-class procurement practices aligned with business goals.
- Mentor and up skill internal teams to ensure sustainable outcomes.
About You:
- Proven background in procurement, with strong transformation and consulting experience, ideally with experience in property or professional services
- Demonstrated success in delivering procurement transformation programmes
- A consulting or transformation track record with real delivery capability
- Ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders across different business units
- Practical, hands-on approach with comfort in complex, fast-paced environments
- Experience leading procurement exercises and delivering tangible improvements
Contract Details:
- Initial 6-month contract (with potential to go permanent)
- £800-£1000/day, outside IR35
- Hybrid working model, based Central in London
- Immediate start preferred
