- Lead preparation of competitive multi-million-pound tenders.
- Ensure compliance with all estimating processes and procedures.
- Engage with operational and commercial teams to finalise solutions.
- Present commercial proposals to senior stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor junior estimators within the team.
Profile
The successful candidate will be an experienced Estimator with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in delivering high-value tenders.
