Key Responsibilities
* Managing projects from inception to completion: Oversee projects ranging from staff labor to subcontractors.
* Staff management: Supervise up to 10 projects at one time.
* Budget management: Handle project values ranging from 500 to 250,000.
* Coordination: Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
* Quality assurance: Maintain high standards throughout project execution.
Qualifications
* Engineering background: Candidates must have a background in either mechanical or electrical engineering.
* Project management experience: Proven track record in managing multiple projects.
* Leadership skills: Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
* Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
