As a Junior Product Owner, you'll take ownership of product initiatives across the development lifecycle - from scoping and support, through to feature delivery and user education.
Key Responsibilities

First-Line Product SupportAct as the first point of contact for product-related queries from internal teams. Triage and resolve support tasks efficiently while serving as a bridge between operations and engineering.

Product Marketing EnablementAssist with product launches by drafting release notes, building product walkthroughs (e.g., via Userpilot), and equipping the marketing team with accurate, user-focused product content.

User EducationCreate clear, concise user documentation including help centre articles, how-to guides, and screen recordings (e.g., Loom videos) to improve user understanding and adoption.

Integration SupportSupport the scoping, testing, and validation of API integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., accounting or eCommerce systems). Document technical requirements and assist in troubleshooting during implementation.
