We're currently recruiting for a driven and technically minded Regional Sales Engineer to join a well-established and growing manufacturer within the ventilation and air handling sector. With a strong portfolio of bespoke ventilation solutions-including AHU (Air Handling Unit) refurbishment and service offerings and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) -this is a fantastic opportunity to represent a respected brand with decades of industry expertise.
This role offers a high degree of autonomy and the chance to work remotely, while actively developing business in the London region. You'll be supported by a dedicated internal team and provided with the tools and training required to succeed.

As a Regional Sales Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing sales enquiries and developing relationships across the London region
- Providing technical support and guidance to clients, specifiers, and contractors
- Promoting solutions including AHU refurbishment, installation, and maintenance services
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met
- Delivering strong customer service and technical advice throughout the sales process
- Working to sales targets and contributing to regional and national growth objectives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales engineering or technical sales within the HVAC or ventilation sector
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
- Good understanding of ventilation systems, AHUs, or similar mechanical solutions
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and confident working with clients at all levels
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in the ventilation, HVAC, or building services industry
- Familiarity with refurbishment projects and service-led solutions
- Track record of achieving sales targets in a regional or field-based role
