Key Responsibilities
- Generate industry reports using SMMT and Insight data to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including forecasts and performance metrics.
- Act as a central point of contact between customers, dealers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support pricing strategies and quarterly sales campaigns.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate marketing events, POS materials, and sales support activities.
- Maintain CRM systems and assist with fleet and Motability operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the automotive and/or leasing industry.
- Background in Fleet/Retail Administration and customer service.
- Strong numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to work independently with support from your line manager.
- A collaborative team player who can both support and challenge colleagues constructively.
