Sales Operations Support Executive - Automotive / EV Sector

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate industry reports using SMMT and Insight data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Act as a central point of contact between customers, dealers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support pricing strategies and quarterly sales campaigns.
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate marketing events, POS materials, and sales support activities.
  • Maintain CRM systems and assist with fleet and Motability operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the automotive and/or leasing industry.
  • Background in Fleet/Retail Administration and customer service.
  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to work independently with support from your line manager.
  • A collaborative team player who can both support and challenge colleagues constructively.
