Our client is seeking a skilled Finance Systems Manager to join their dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will manage and enhance the firm's finance systems, leading a team of six to provide support for Finance and Risk departments.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage a team supporting Finance and Risk departments.
- Ensure system integrity and manage core data structures.
- Streamline processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify and implement system changes and new features.
- Participate in IT change control and monitor system developments.
- Collaborate with suppliers and external consultants for support.
- Ensure compliance with relevant rules and accounting policies.
- Assist the Director of Finance with various requests.
- Engage in projects for system developments and upgrades.
What You Bring:
- Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)Experience managing a team of systems analysts in a legal environment.
- Proficiency with Elite 3E and Intapp risk management solutions.
- Strong data analysis skills with advanced SQL and Excel proficiency.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Knowledge of finance procedures within a legal practice.
- Strong staff and project management skills.
- Methodical approach and excellent attention to detail.
