Entering an ambitious growth phase, the demands on our Professional Services function have increased, and we are now seeking an experienced Head of PMO, to lead and provide strategic direction to our project delivery function.
Where your expertise will add value:
Reporting to the C-suite team, you will bring the expertise of shaping and running a successful project function and your scope will span across all elements; from post-sales to delivery and transition into operations.
As Head of PMO, you’ll lead and inspire a high-performing team, setting clear goals, fostering accountability, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll own customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring transparency, alignment, and successful delivery across all projects. From designing scalable, efficient methodologies to implementing robust risk management and change control processes, you’ll ensure every engagement is delivered with quality, agility, and precision. You’ll optimise resource planning, track performance through KPIs and dashboards, and oversee commercial governance to maximise profitability and utilisation. Experience & Background
You’ll bring industry-recognised project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile/Scrum) and a proven track record as a senior PMO leader within an IT Managed Service Provider - ideally in a Microsoft cloud environment. You’ve successfully evolved and scaled complex project delivery teams, combining hands-on leadership with the ability to embed robust processes and methodologies. Commercially astute, you’re skilled in project financial governance, from effective budgeting and forecasting to managing scope changes. You have a history of leading people with confidence, driving performance, supporting career growth, and overseeing key employee processes from onboarding to development.
