The Role
-
Maintain and repair building electrical systems and components
-
Conduct routine tests, record-keeping, and predictive maintenance
-
Monitor and adjust BMS, lighting, metering and environmental conditions
-
Lead sub-contractors, manage defects, and ensure SLA compliance
-
Provide out-of-hours emergency support as part of a rota
-
Engage with clients, update stakeholders, and implement energy-efficient solutions
What You Bring
-
City & Guilds or HNC in Electrical (apprenticeship or equivalent desirable)
-
Strong technical & fault-finding skills
-
Experience with critical systems: UPS, generators, comms rooms
-
BMS operation & procedural compliance
-
Excellent communication, organization, and administrative skills
-
Ability to work under pressure, independently, and in a team
Nice to Have
-
18th Edition IEE regs, HV training
-
Report and procedure writing experience
Working Conditions

Continental shift pattern, flexible hours, on-call escalation

Full UK work eligibility and clean driving license required
