Receptionist urgently required. Paying 18.30 per hour (Equivalent of 33 307).
Office based entirely, near to Victoria station.
This role could become permanent. It is temporary to start with.
Act as a brand ambassador. Ensuring the office is opened and ready for employees/visitors. Making sure that visitors and clients are received in an excellent and professional manner. That front of house, including reception areas, are clean, safe and appropriately stocked at all times. This includes meeting and refreshment administration and dealing promptly and professionally with all telephone and reception work.
The successful receptionist candidate will prepare rooms for meetings, ensuring the office and communal areas are clean. Supporting the use and troubleshooting of video conferencing.
Using Office 365 is required daily, for all office related work. The postholder will maintain all machines e.g. photocopiers, shredders, hot water boilers, Coffee filters, kettles, V-taps, vending machines. Completing maintenance checks e.g. emergency lighting, Health and Safety checks.
