Description
- Welcome and direct visitors with a professional and friendly demeanour.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and organising meeting rooms.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders when necessary.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required by the Secretarial & Business Support department.
Profile
A successful Receptionist should have:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Word.
- A professional appearance and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
