Are you a skilled fabric maintenance engineer looking to take the next step in your career? A prestigious, niche property services company is offering an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Fabric Technician to join their growing team!
Working across high-end residential properties in the exclusive Knightsbridge area, this role gives you exposure to luxury environments while offering stability, overtime opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
As the Mobile Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Completing basic electrical work and plumbing tasks.
- Carrying out painting, decorating, and carpentry.
- Delivering a high-quality service to premium residential clients.
- Travelling to and from sites using a company van, collected from the office each morning.
- The Mobile Fabric Technician will be paid up to 35,000 basic salary + yearly bonus + overtime (time and a half, May-October every other weekend) + van + 20 days holiday + bank holidays + package.
To be successful as the Mobile Fabric Technician, you will have:
- Proven experience within a multi-trade/fabric maintenance role.
- Excellent skills in at least one core area, qualification is preferred (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or decorating).
- A professional and customer-focused approach.
- A full and clean UK driving licence.
The Mobile Fabric Technician will receive up to 35,000 basic + bonus + overtime (time and a half), plus use of a company van and a full package.
