As a Retail Operations Manager, you'll be overseeing all aspects of daily operations across plant areas, retail departments, and customer facilities, ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout. You'll have the chance to lead and inspire a diverse team of horticultural specialists and retail staff, drive sales growth and profitability through strategic merchandising and inventory management and build strong supplier relationships to secure quality products.
