The Role
Are you passionate about luxury travel and delivering exceptional experiences? As a Travel Sales Executive at Corinthian Travel Management, you’ll play a key role in converting warm leads into unforgettable journeys. Working from an established database of clients who have booked premium experiences, you’ll reconnect, build relationships, and guide them through the next step in their travel journey.
You’ll utilise platforms like LinkedIn to engage with decision-makers, showcasing bespoke holiday and business travel solutions that cater to their unique needs. Supported by our experienced Travel Manager, you’ll turn interest into bookings by offering expert advice, exceptional service, and a genuine passion for travel.
What You’ll Do
- Reconnect with Clients: Engage existing clients—especially from sports hospitality bookings—to offer tailored travel add-ons and upgrades.
- Build Bespoke Itineraries: Use your destination knowledge to create and book flights, hotels, private charters, tours, safaris, and more.
- Handle Inquiries: Manage phone and email enquiries with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Drive New Business: Identify travel needs within SMEs and proactively offer corporate travel solutions.
- Use CRM Effectively: Maintain accurate records, track communications, and manage your sales pipeline efficiently.
- Convert Leads: Confidently pitch, quote, and close bookings, delivering a seamless experience from enquiry to payment.
- Process Payments: Invoice accurately and ensure timely collection of deposits and balances.
- Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with the Travel Manager, sharing ideas and learning from real-time feedback to continually grow your skills and performance.
What You’ll Bring
- Travel Sales Experience: Ideally from a TMC or group travel background, with a track record of converting leads into bookings.
- Client-Focused Approach: Willing to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service and create unforgettable travel experiences.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated: A self-starter mindset with the drive to contribute to a fast-growing, ambitious business.
- Calm Under Pressure: Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
