HEAD BAKER POSITION ISLINGTON N1 8LX

This Position is for a head baker mainly consisting of various varieties of bread and buns/doughnuts .

The applicant must be able to hand mould be able to have full control and knowledge of all bakery equipment i.e mixers , proofers , ovens etc..

Working hours : 3:30 AM - approx 11:30 AM Monday to Saturday or Tuesday to Saturday

No local parking available or London underground running at start time

but easily accessible via bus .
