Description
- Supervise and manage daily maintenance operations across multiple properties in London.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs and upkeep.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
- To be able to carry out the following tasks to a high standards:
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Minor electrical and
- Painting/finishing trades.
Profile
A successful Maintenance Supervisor should have:
