Job: Temporary Fundraising Administrator

Join our client's vibrant team as a Temporary Fundraising Administrator! Located in the picturesque Osgathorpe, North West Leicestershire, this role is perfect for individuals passionate about making a difference through charity.

Role Title: Fundraising Administrator (Temporary)
Contract Type: Temporary
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12 - 5pm (25 hours per week)

About the Role:
During our busy seasonal fundraising period, you'll be the backbone of our Individual Giving and Database team. Your mission? To provide exceptional administrative support that ensures every donor and supporter feels valued!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process banking and manage daily administrative tasks
  • Answer inbound calls, taking donations or payments with a smile
  • Craft heartfelt 'thank you' letters for our wonderful supporters
  • Send renewal updates to our regular givers
  • Distribute membership packs and stewardship communications
  • Perform data cleansing to keep our records accurate

Essential Requirements:

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Previous office or administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working with data & dogs

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Awareness of disability issues or experience with individuals with disabilities

Please note - You must be comfortable working in an office environment where dogs are present (assistance dogs in training and pet dogs)

Location:
This role is based at our client's National Training Centre in Osgathorpe, Leicestershire. Please note, our rural location is not accessible via public transport, so reliable transportation is necessary.
