Progress Teachers are working closely with a Mainstream Secondary School in the Loughborough area to source a skilled administrator to begin ASAP. The successful candidate will form an integral part of the School's office team, supporting with the daily running of reception and other key school functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Maintain accurate student records and databases using school management systems.
  • Utilise various school systems for effective communication.
  • Assist in coordinating school events and activities.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support the smooth functioning of the school.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Access and other office software
  • Experience in a school environment or educational setting
