This is an excellent opportunity to join an established architectural practice who provide specialist design services to the Retail sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Architectural Technician to deliver on a range of projects for their Kilby based team.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:
- Produce building regulation packages and submit planning applications
- Manage and deliver on a range of retail and commercial projects through their entire lifecycle
- Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and other internal and external team members
Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- Degree within architectural technology
- Strong post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
- Proficient with Vectorworks
- Job running experience
- Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Experience working on projects within the commercial or retail sector
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Kilby area
