Job Title: Press Brake Operator
Shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm (Mon - Thurs) and 7:30am - 12:30pm (Fri)
Hourly Rate: 12.50 - 14.50 per hour
Location: Loughborough

The Company:
A well-established family owned business of fabricated products.
The Role:
- Setting and Operating Press Brakes
- Inspecting Finishing Products
- Set up and load materials onto the CNC press brake machine to ensure smooth production flow.
- Continuously monitor machine operations, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Working from Engineering Drawings
- Support with loading, unloading, cleaning, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
The Candidate:
- Proven experience in setting and operating CNC press brake machines.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ability to perform quality checks and ensure precision in finished products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make adjustments during operations.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and independently when required.
