Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our client's team as a Customer Support Officer. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support across various channels regarding products and availability. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, and in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve issues efficiently and empathetically, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Passing over technical queries to correct team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth resolution of customer queries
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes and services
- Support onboarding and training of new customers where required
- Monitor customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
