As a Specifications Technologist, you will take ownership of writing, maintaining and updating product specifications, ensuring they are fully compliant with legislation while meeting - and exceeding - retailer expectations. You'll collaborate closely with NPD, Quality, and Production teams, helping to bring innovative new products to market with accurate, retailer-ready specifications. A big part of your role will also involve building strong relationships with retailers, understanding their needs and making sure every detail is delivered to the highest standard.
To succeed in this position, you'll need proven experience in writing retail product specifications within food manufacturing. You will be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects while still maintaining accuracy. Most importantly, you'll bring a proactive and independent approach to your work, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
