The Role:
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
- Provide classroom support to students with SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) needs
- Work closely with teaching staff to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Support students both one-to-one and in small groups
- Use your knowledge of behaviour, motivation, and physical activity to make a real impact
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology, Sport Science, or a related field
- Passion for working with young people with additional needs
- Resilience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
- Available full-time from August 2025
- A fully enhanced DBS on the Update Service for the child workforce
- or willingness to obtain and pay for one during the application process
