The Role:

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
  • Provide classroom support to students with SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) needs
  • Work closely with teaching staff to create a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Support students both one-to-one and in small groups
  • Use your knowledge of behaviour, motivation, and physical activity to make a real impact

Requirements:

  • Degree in Psychology, Sport Science, or a related field
  • Passion for working with young people with additional needs
  • Resilience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Available full-time from August 2025
  • A fully enhanced DBS on the Update Service for the child workforce
    - or willingness to obtain and pay for one during the application process
