Hours:Â 28 hours per week (can be flexible on days and hours to suit the right person!)

What you’ll do
- Build strong relationships with department leaders, supporting them on people matters such as retention, performance, conduct, wellbeing and absence.
- Assist with and when needed lead, investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Produce, analyse and present HR data to support informed decision making.
- Manage and coordinate apprenticeship processes and act as a key point of contact.
- Support a range of HR projects and initiatives, driving continuous improvement.
- Review and update policies and procedures to align with best practice and legislation.
- Support recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for new starters.
