We’re seeking a confident and approachable HR professional who has exposure at an advisory or generalist level who enjoys working closely with managers and employees across all levels. You’ll be someone who builds trust easily, thrives in a busy environment, and is passionate about delivering a positive people experience. A flexible, proactive attitude and the ability to think ahead will be key to your success in this role. Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience
Hours: 28 hours per week (can be flexible on days and hours to suit the right person!)
Location: On-site (must be a driver due to office location)
  
What you’ll do
  • Build strong relationships with department leaders, supporting them on people matters such as retention, performance, conduct, wellbeing and absence.
  • Assist with and when needed lead, investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Produce, analyse and present HR data to support informed decision making.
  • Manage and coordinate apprenticeship processes and act as a key point of contact.
  • Support a range of HR projects and initiatives, driving continuous improvement.
  • Review and update policies and procedures to align with best practice and legislation.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for new starters.
