The RoleDue to ongoing growth, the firm is looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy conveyancing team. You’ll handle a full, varied caseload from instruction to completion, covering:
- Freehold & leasehold transactions
- Unregistered conveyancing
- New build work
- Small-scale development work
You’ll be working on high-quality files within a supportive department, with scope to work independently while collaborating closely with colleagues.
The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Confident handling a busy caseload from start to finish
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and client care skills
