3 shift - Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work at an established manufacturing site in Loughborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of a busy, well invested production environment that values innovation, safety, and high performance.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain plant and facilities to ensure maximum operational efficiency.

  • Minimise downtime through timely, safe, and effective maintenance practices.

  • Provide engineering solutions and carry out cost effective repairs.

  • Support production and maintenance teams in achieving performance, quality, and safety targets.

  • Accurately record all maintenance work using the site’s CMM system.

  • Promote continuous improvement and compliance with SHE (Safety, Health & Environmental) standards.

 About You

You will need:

  • A time served apprenticeship and NVQ Level 3 qualification.

  • Previous experience in a similar maintenance or engineering role.

  • Strong fault finding skills, with up-to-date knowledge of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

  • Familiarity with TPM/PPM systems and Siemens / Allen Bradley controls.

  • Good IT proficiency (Excel, Word, Access).

  • A proactive, team-oriented approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
