We're looking for an experienced Social Worker to join the Adults & Community Mental Health Team in Leicestershire.
Key Details:
Pay Rate: 34 per hour
Location: Leicestershire (Hybrid working - office and home-based)
Role: Supporting adults with mental health needs through assessments, care planning, and safeguarding work
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker with SWE registration
Previous experience in Adult Mental Health services
Strong assessment and care management skills
