You’ll be working closely with the Operations Manager and Logistics team, who are hands-on, passionate about empowering people, and committed to building a values-driven business.

What will you do as Logistics Operations Coordinator
- Create packing lists
- Update tracking information – up to 150 orders per month
- Prepare commercial invoices
- Update 3PL and client portals
- Handle compliance, commodity codes and GDPR
- Liaise with dispatch to ensure all orders are on time
What will you need to be a Logistics Operations Coordinator
- Experience working with 3PL/Freight
- Solid understanding of customs and compliance
- Happy to be based onsite 4 days a week
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Wholesale experience would be an advantage
