Job Advert – Freelance Quantity Surveyor (M&E Contractor)
Location: Loughton
Duration: 4–8 weeks, with potential for permanent role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a freelance Quantity Surveyor to join a respected M&E contractor working on a new build residential scheme.
The Role:
- Manage variations and associated commercial duties.
- Take full ownership of surveying responsibilities within the project.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure financial and contractual control.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within M&E or residential projects.
- Strong understanding of variations and cost control.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Offer:
