Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Administrator to support the smooth and efficient functioning of operations for a long stading client .
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Operations team, ensuring all documentation and reporting is up to date and accurate.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and logistics for operational projects.

Maintain internal databases, systems, and records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Assist in tracking KPIs and preparing regular reports on operational performance.

Manage supplier and vendor relationships including purchase orders, invoicing, and inventory monitoring.

Help implement and improve operational processes and systems.

Support onboarding of new team members by preparing documentation and arranging equipment/access.

Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, HR, IT) to ensure operational needs are met.

Monitor compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

Perform general office duties such as filing, responding to emails, and answering calls as required.
Requirements
Essential:

Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other business software.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.
