Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Administrator to support the smooth and efficient functioning of operations for a long stading client .

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations team, ensuring all documentation and reporting is up to date and accurate.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and logistics for operational projects.

  • Maintain internal databases, systems, and records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Assist in tracking KPIs and preparing regular reports on operational performance.

  • Manage supplier and vendor relationships including purchase orders, invoicing, and inventory monitoring.

  • Help implement and improve operational processes and systems.

  • Support onboarding of new team members by preparing documentation and arranging equipment/access.

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, HR, IT) to ensure operational needs are met.

  • Monitor compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, responding to emails, and answering calls as required.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other business software.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
