We are seeking a dedicated and caring qualified teacher for a long-term PPA role within a welcoming primary school in Medway, working four days a week. This position involves delivering engaging planned lessons, ensuring continuity of learning while class teachers are released for planning and assessment. The ideal candidate will be confident teaching across key stage one, adaptable to different classroom environments, and committed to maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience across key stages.

As a Teacher working with TailorEDucation, you will play a vital role in supporting children’s learning and development. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons or learning activities, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and ensuring children are inspired to achieve their best. • The ideal candidate will have:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Proven experience delivering lessons within a UK school environment
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• A passion for supporting the progress and wellbeing of all learners
• Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and year groups
