Finance Controller
- Salary: £60,000 - £65,000

- Job Type: 12–18-month FTC, Hybrid (2 days' work from home)
Reed Finance Norwich are seeking a Financial Controller to support our client for a maternity cover contract, with potential for permanent employment. This role will be based in the Lowestoft office and encompass senior finance responsibilities and will cover operations in multiple countries. The ideal candidate will be a qualified professional with a strong ability to learn quickly, question effectively, and actively engage in the role.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee financial operations for multiple company branches from the Lowestoft office.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and control, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in all locations.
- Collaborate with senior management to optimise financial strategies.
- Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, ensuring professional growth and alignment with the company's goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be a qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Proven experience in financial management and control.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and get involved in new projects.
- Proficient in financial software and Excel.
