Responsibilities:As a Stores Coordinator, you will:

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records
  • Assist with the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to fulfil orders
  • Maintain a clean and organised storeroom
  • Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies
  • Provide exceptional support to team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Previous experience in a similar role or warehouse environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Experience with stock control software
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting
  • Forklift licence or experience operating warehouse equipment
  • Understanding of supply chain processes
