- Provide detailed reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism sector.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development departments to understand and promote company's products and services.
- Attend industry events to network with potential clients and increase brand visibility.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Profile
A successful Sales Account Manager should have:
- 3+ years within an account management role
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
