Role Overview:

As School Business Manager, you will play a key role in the strategic and operational leadership of the school's finances, HR, premises, and administration. You will work closely with the Headteacher and Governors to ensure the smooth and effective running of all non-teaching functions, contributing directly to the school's ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic financial planning and budget management

  • Overseeing HR and recruitment processes

  • Managing site operations and facilities

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and policies

  • Leading and supporting administrative staff

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a school business management or senior operations role

  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and resource planning

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • A recognised School Business Management qualification (e.g., DSBM/CSBM) is desirable but not essential
