KM Recruitment is seeking a Chef Assessor / EPA - Trainee or Qualified for a home/field-based role requiring flexibility to travel across Milton Keynes, Hertfordshire, and surrounding areas.
The salary for this position ranges from £29,100 to £32,800, depending on qualifications and includes a location allowance based on the candidate's postcode.
Candidates should ideally hold a recognized Assessor award such as D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA and possess solid occupational competency in Hospitality at a supervisory level or above.
The role involves completing various End Point Assessment activities, maintaining administrative duties, and providing support to Apprentices and employers.
A full, clean driving license and own vehicle are required, and the position is full-time and permanent with excellent holiday entitlement and additional benefits.

Duties:

As an End Point Assessor, you will responsible for completing a range of EPA activities, both face to face and electronically, with Apprentices completing Hospitality Apprenticeship Standards (Back of House/Chef specialisms). These EPA activities include: to carry out End Point Assessment, scheduling of EPA activities, marking, grading and regular planning meetings with candidates and employers.
Complete all necessary administration, ensuring that all data is processed and supplied in a timely manner.
Maintain a working knowledge of EPA, your vocational area, Apprenticeship Standards and evidence of CPD.
Participate in standardisation and training activities.
Provide assistance to Apprentices, Employers or Delivery Teams, assisting with queries in a timely manner.
