About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated End Point Assessor to join our team, delivering high-quality, aspirational assessments with integrity, professionalism, and a supportive, approachable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with apprentices and their employers to plan, conduct, and report on End Point Assessments.

  • Making fair, independent, and expert assessment judgments against apprenticeship standards and grading criteria.

  • Completing all relevant administration and ensuring your sector knowledge remains current.

What We're Looking For:

  • Significant experience as a chef in a supervisory or management role.

  • An Assessor qualification (or a willingness to work towards achieving one).

  • A genuine passion for and hands-on experience within the hospitality industry.

  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and other IT systems (full training on EPAPro will be provided).
