This institution is looking for an industry-trained professional in Aeronautical Mechanical and Electronic Engineering to join their growing School of Construction and Engineering. Whether you're already teaching or new to education, if you're passionate about your subject and ready to share your expertise, we want to hear from you.

They have just opened a brand-new, state-of-the-art construction and engineering facilities in Luton, and are excited to welcome someone who can turn their electronic and mechanical aerospace experience into engaging lessons that launch our students' careers.



The Role:


  • Deliver practical and theoretical sessions across Level 2 and Level 3 BTEC Aeronautical Engineering qualifications

  • Help students master key concepts in Aircraft Engineering, CAD, Mechanical and Electronic Systems

  • Develop industry-ready skills - including Maths, English, and employability

  • Stay current with industry changes, legislation, and best practice

  • Teach and mentor students in both classroom and workshop settings


    The Person:


  • Strong industry experience in Aeronautical Engineering, especially in electronic and mechanical systems

  • Knowledge of CAD, aircraft engineering and BTEC qualifications

  • A passion for helping young people succeed - whatever their starting point

  • A flexible, professional approach and a commitment to staying up to date with industry developments
