Are you a Production Manager, Operations Manager and/or similar from a Carpentry background, who can read and interpret 3D CAD drawings, looking for a role that grants autonomy, responsibility and recognition for your hard work?

Established over 25 years ago, this company have carved out a profitable niche by manufacturing bespoke shielding products for the healthcare sector. Due to an increase in demand, they are looking for a Production Manager to assist in the day-to-day operations of this busy workshop.
In this role, you will be looking after a busy workshop, managing production schedules and ensuring the day-to-day operations run on time. You'll be responsible for signing off 3D Drawings created on AutoCAD and SolidWorks. You'll also be helping out to manage stock and place orders, ensuring the production have everything they need to be successful.
This role would suit a Production Manager with a joinery background, looking to join a company that offers fantastic industry training and progression opportunities.
The Role:
- Taking control of day-to-day production operations
- Signing off 3D drawings
- Managing warehouse stock
- Maintaining workflow schedules
- Monday to Friday 07:00-16:30
