What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside dedicated teachers in Luton's primary or secondary schools

Supporting pupils with special educational needs - including autism, ADHD, and SEMH

Helping children with focus, communication, and self-confidence, both 1:1 and in small groups

Encouraging progress through consistency, kindness, and creativity

Gaining first-hand insight into inclusive, impactful teaching
Who You Are

A graduate (in any subject) who's motivated by purpose, not just pay

Someone who values patience, empathy, and clear communication

You've worked with children or young people before - or know you'd connect well with them
