ProTech Recruitment is working with a small but highly successful engineering business based in Bedfordshire. With a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects, they're looking for a skilled Contract Software Engineer to join the team on-site and hit the ground running.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-moving environment where your contributions will make a real impact across a range of diverse and technically interesting projects.

Key Requirements:

Windows desktop application development using C# and .NET Framework
Development of graphical user interfaces for Windows
Hardware interfacing experience (e.g. Serial, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth)
Skilled in application testing and debugging

Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with SVN version control
Experience with WinForms
Ability to write specifications and define test processes
Exposure to embedded C development (not essential but highly beneficial)
